The Hackathon Management Platform (HMP) helps institutions and organizers run large-scale innovation events with structured workflows and audit-friendly records.

Purpose

Centralize registrations, team formation, problem selection, submissions, judging, attendance, issues, feedback, and certificates in one secure system.

Objectives

• Reduce manual coordination overhead for staff and volunteers.
• Give participants a single portal for their event lifecycle.
• Provide administrators with dashboards, reports, and exports.
